National Savings & Credit Bank : Modus was engaged in Implementation and support for a Zambia Government owned Non-Bank Financial Institution well known as NATSAVE Bank (during 2019-20) , covering third party implementation, core/reports Customization, E-banking support & customization, connect 24 Finacle Customization , FI Customization, L2 Support and further handling for streamlines products functioning with existing Core banking System ( Finacle 10.2.17)
Integrations were done extensively connecting 3rd parties with Open APIs & custom ones. Similarly product not supported functions have been customized broadly within expected time of delivery & quality provided with support.
Core Customization and L2 support for Finacle Core E-Banking services has been provided.
ATM Customization and FI support has been provided.
Developing FINRPT Reports.
Configuration changes done in EOD Batch Jobs.
