Shiva Prasad Kordale, Founder and Chairman of the company has many years of experience in banking and has extensive experience in the IT field. He is also a CISA - qualified information systems auditor.

Mohan Kumar K L, Chief Executive Officer of the company has more than 25 years in Banking Domain & Software industries. He held the position of Associate Vice President & Head of Client Delivery(South Asia) at Infosys and Vice President & Head-Banking Solutions at FIS. He has vast experience in Product Development, Implementation and Client engagement apart from his keen interest in Leadership & People development.

Nanaiah P D, Director, has over two decades of banking experience with in-depth experience in implementing PBA, TBA & Finacle Core Banking software.

Babu Rajendran, Chief Technology Officer, has more than a decade of experience in Finacle Core Banking application.

A proven strategic leader with over 33 years of experience having worked on all areas of banking domain in varied sectors Dynamic, versatile, hands-on professional who leads teams to deliver Ability to align with Business and IT objectives carrying  a positive attitude and innovative ideas Combining strong business acumen with technical expertise and operational understanding; Solutions driver who bridges the gap between business and technology with expertise in managing complex programs and multiple concurrent projects.  Headed  implementation / sustenance / upgrade of Core Banking application.

Nitish has more than 22 years of experience in development and implementation of Core Banking Solutions for various banks with special focus on Urban and Rural Co-operative banks, Credit co-cooperative societies. He has held senior positions at Infosys, Oracle and FIS prior to joining Modus.

Santhosh began his career with Modus a decade back. He is known for his deep technical skills and accurate project steering.
