A year ago we were searching for Infosys Finacle accredited vendor as part of our core banking stabilization program. After evaluating a multitude of vendors, we were fortunate enough to come across Modus Information Systems (MODUS) whom we selected and engaged as our preferred service provider. We were immediately overwhelmed by their professionalism, system knowledge, capability and professional approach to the tasks we had setup as program objectives. The MODUS team designed a work program around our requirements that cut across incidents, projects, run the bank operations and training for the bank technical support team.
Since their coming onboard, the bak has made significant progress with the utilisation of the Finacle Core Banking System and is beginning to get the full benefits of running this robust platform. We continue to receive good support from MODUS and they have competent professional support team onsite that attends to our operational questions and new project related matters.
