Annual Maintenance Services (AMS) & customization support for Finacle CBS Products

Modus as Infosys’ partner has deputed a team at SBI-ITFO, Navi Mumbai and has been involved in Core Banking Software (CBS) implementation, configuration, custom development & production support activities from 2015 onwards.

Solution :

Modus has augmented product implementation, custom development & support skills of the Finacle Product Support Group with the following services:

Installation & configuration services:

• Infra support for Finacle suite [Core, FEBA, C24/CSIS) of applications

• Finacle Software Installation and configuration of services as per bank’s requests

• Post installation set up on Connect 24 server (CBC/Uniser/CSIS/Refresh/Transmit service configuration etc.)

• Configuring new CBC sections as per requirement (third party integration)

• Setup and configuration of desired interfaces

• Implementation of security requirements in the setup
