Finacle Software Implementation (Finacle 10.2.17) : MODUS was engaged by a large System Integrator for Industry standard Implementation & customer Migration for Ujjivan small finance bank (during 2016-17), covering Product implementation, Customization, Banking data integration with multiple systems & Legacy system customer Data migration.

Solution :

  • Ujjivan have migrated from Micro Finance to Small Finance Bank.

  • A complete Core Banking Software product implementation including installation, Webserver assistance, tuning, BPD setup, Standard policy setups etc.

  • Integrations were done extensively connecting more than 40 plus third parties with existing product APIs as well as with custom APIs. Similarly product not supported functions have been customized broadly within expected time of delivery & quality provided with support.

  • Customizations are done for Finacle Core banking and as well as for third party Integrations.

  • Data extractions given for ADF, AML, ALM, CIBIL, etc.

Challenges :

  • Migrating the Micro Finance Institution to Small Finance Bank is a very challenging process and within the span of 9 months, Modus has done the End-To-End Finacle Digital Banking Software implementation which was huge milestone for Modus.

  • Data of 40 Lakhs customers in Legacy system to be moved to new Finacle core banking system.

  • Efficiently migration of this data was done in 8 hours with 99% of accuracy on acceptance by bank

  • Finacle was expected to be customized at all levels like custom menu, Product menu changes, validations, charges, reports, C24, FI and etc.,.

  • Bulk savings bank accounts opened for existing customers.

  • Signature and customer image upload for all customers.

  • Integration with 40 plus third parties for various purposes.

  • Schedule transfer and Bulk uploads for NEFT/RTGS for Corporate Internet Banking implementation.
