Finacle E-Banking Application (FEBA 11.2.3) - MODUS was engaged by a large SI for Industry standard Implementation & Migration for a public sector bank of India well known as Corporation Bank (during 2017-18), covering Product implementation, Product Customization & Legacy system Data migration and further handling for streamlines products functioning with existing Core banking System ( Finacle 10.2.17)
A complete product implementation & customised software solutions including installation, Webserver assistance, tuning, BPD setup, Standard policy setups etc.
Integrations were done extensively connecting more than 100+ 3rd parties with Open APIs & custom ones. Similarly product not supported functions have been customized broadly within expected time of delivery & quality provided with support.
Software Customization support for Finacle Core Banking has been provided beyond scope.
Data of 15 Lakhs (Retail & Corporate) customers in Legacy Internet banking to be moved to new FEBA Internet Banking with transaction history, workflow, admin controls, Approval hierarchies etc.
Efficient Data Migration Service was done in 53 hours with 99% of accuracy on acceptance by bank
FEBA was expected to be customized at all levels starting from UI, Web service, Functional customization in relation with Core behavior to replicate from Legacy for ease of customers.
Also, maintaining tax related payment history with new transaction types were a challenge to maintain for multiple channels with their request & response audit logs.
