Sharing an article about a huge and complex project - CBI RRB at Navi Mumbai, which recently went live. Azizur Rahman and Girdhari Das-our Project Managers, steered the Project exceptionally well, winning rich accolades from the surround stakeholders. “I joined Modus on 1st Dec’22 as a Project Manager and have been deputed to the CBI-RRB Project. Though there were a lot of challenges for making both the Banks live in short period of time, our team has worked day and night without taking any break to make this event successful. Go Live was completed successfully. Since last month, all the banks are smoothly operating their daily transactions. The offshore team has also contributed greatly to support this project to make it Live. Modus believes in working as a team, and this is shown amply in this Project.

“With a great pride, we wish to share with you all about the successful Go Live of 2 CBI RRB’s i.e., UBKGB and UBGB on 17th Apr’ 23 and 3rd May’23 respectively on Finacle 10.2.25. It was a really challenging job making both banks live on Finacle 10.2.25- back to back within 2 weeks of time. This was a mammoth Project and there were various associated challenges. Our team accepted the challenges and worked in close co-ordination with the bank team and with the System Integrator Wipro ‘s team. Smart planning and dedicated 24/7 efforts made it possible.

Sharing some insights to explain the volume and extent of work. The quantum of data was enormous given the Branch count of 1000+ The upgradation activity also included the upgradation of various channels like ATM, AEPS, IMPS, BHIM, NEFT payment and other services. Al channels were successfully migrated to Finacle 10x version with minimal impacts. Entire team of Modus displayed highest commitment and worked in synchrony to make this possible.
